Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Workspace owners, Relay users and people who have contacted a connected business can request deletion of relevant data. You do not need to sign in to make a request.

1. Send your request

Email admin@procuraai.net with the subject “Relay data deletion request”. This is the contact for ProcuraAI Limited, the provider of Relay.

  1. Give the email address associated with your Relay account, or the email address or telephone number used to contact the connected business.
  2. Identify the workspace or business, if known. For Meta/WhatsApp data, include the connected business number or account and your WhatsApp number with country code, where relevant.
  3. Explain what you want deleted: your user account, a workspace you own, particular conversations, or data received through a Meta/WhatsApp connection.

Share only what is needed to locate the records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or identity documents with the initial request.

2. Verify identity and authority

We may ask you to confirm control of the account email address or communications identifier, or request other proportionate information to verify your identity. Workspace deletion also requires confirmation that you are an authorised owner or representative. We will explain any further information required; we will not disclose another person’s data while verifying your request.

3. Confirm the scope

Deleting a Relay user account is different from deleting a workspace. Closing an individual account does not automatically delete shared business conversations or records controlled by that business. An authorised workspace owner can request deletion of workspace records and connected-channel data held in Relay.

If you are a customer or other end user of a connected business, that business generally controls the customer communications. Contact the business directly, or email us and we can help identify the relevant workspace and coordinate the request. Where Relay acts as processor, deletion of business-controlled records is handled on the controller’s lawful instructions, subject to applicable law.

4. Meta and WhatsApp-connected data

You can use the same email process to request deletion of data Relay received through Meta or WhatsApp, including relevant contact identifiers, messages, conversation records and connection information. Identify the affected account or number and the scope of the request.

Disconnecting an integration or revoking permissions in Meta stops or limits future access; it does not by itself erase data already stored in Relay. Request deletion separately. Deletion from Relay does not delete copies held independently by Meta/WhatsApp, the connected business or other recipients. Requests for those copies must be made to the relevant provider or business through its own process.

5. Completion and retention exceptions

After verification and clarification of scope, we will assess the request, coordinate with the connected business where required, and confirm the outcome by email. Requests are handled within the time limits required by applicable law. If more information or a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why. You may ask for an update by replying to your request email.

Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, preserve evidence for legal claims, address fraud or security incidents, or protect the rights of others. Shared records may require review where other people’s rights are involved. Residual backup copies may remain until their applicable lifecycle expires. Where deletion cannot be completed in full, we will explain the relevant exception and remaining scope.
